PhotoSaaS ("we", "us") provides software to photo and xerox shops in India. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect it.
Customer-uploaded files
Files uploaded by your shop's customers via the QR code are auto-deleted after 5 minutes by default (configurable up to 60). We never read, sell, or use customer files for training.
Account data
We store your shop name, address, contact, billing details, and usage statistics needed to operate the service.
Payments
Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store full card numbers. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Data retention
Account data is kept while your subscription is active. After cancellation, you can request deletion at any time by emailing privacy@photosaas.in.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time from the dashboard or by contacting us. We comply with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP) 2023.
