These terms govern your use of PhotoSaaS. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.
Acceptable use
You agree to use PhotoSaaS only for lawful purposes. You may not upload material that violates intellectual property, privacy, or Indian law.
Subscription & billing
Subscriptions auto-renew monthly until cancelled. Cancel anytime from your dashboard. You retain access until the end of the current billing period.
Service availability
We target 99.5% uptime. Scheduled maintenance windows are announced in advance. We're not liable for outages caused by upstream providers (Firebase, Razorpay, etc.).
Liability
Our liability is limited to the fees paid in the previous 3 months. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes are notified by email at least 30 days in advance.
